I have been traveling on a spiritual source-driven journey for more than a decade, and every couple of years I experience a ‘leveling up’ or changing of the frequencies.

Throughout this journey, I have successfully manifested new experiences and people more times than I can count or recall. Though, that is not a humble brag – because this ability is lost quickly when disrupted and requires an overwhelming amount of effort to re-establish the connection again.

To protect this ability, I protected myself from experiences and people who would disrupt my abilities. This would often lead to a reduction of friendships, relationships, and experiences – and that can be a lonely journey traveled. The groups of people who align with my journey were not as apparent as they are today – so it was difficult, then, to find the right tribe.

As I continued to seek out those who share this journey around me, I listened for clues that may be present. I listened for the souls who might be more advanced – because I was and still am impatient – I wanted to level up faster and higher. Just itching for the next clue.

There were some words of wisdom throughout the journey – but that one holy grail clue was never presented. Now, after all this time – I believe I’ve figured it out.

Let’s point out the basics first. One must journal consistently, actively engage in a positive mindset, and affirmations, exercise, and eat healthily. Yes. These are the basics. There are more practices in between including reiki, breath work, yoga, ceremonies, cleansing, prayer, fasting, etc.

But, without one core element – all this work will not be elevated. So, what’s the clue to becoming a powerful mind, body, and spirit?

We must activate the love frequency.

The 528 Hz Solfeggio Frequency, the love frequency, is thought to resonate at the core of everything: connecting our heart, our spiritual nature, and the divine harmony. It’s so powerful that Gregorian monks use this frequency for its healing properties.

Now, the ancient Greeks used seven words to define the different states of love we experience and it’s important to consider all of them.

1. Storage: natural affection
2. Philia: friendship
3. Eros: sexual and erotica
4. Agape: unconditional, divine love
5. Ludus: flirting
6. Pragma: committed, married love
7. Philautia: self-love

Obviously, Ludus alone will not elevate us. But, if we combine and achieve Storage, Philia, Eros, and Agape – the abilities shoot through the roof. The ability to connect to the source becomes easier – and the ability to manifest is almost instantaneous. And, of course, those with Clair abilities become infused – and often overwhelmed. Some, are so overwhelmed, that they choose to disconnect by choice.

The love frequency! Sure, we become very attractive to others – but we’re radiating at a higher frequency. That means positive life force, higher vibration, and the ability to dissolve negativity. The holy grail – the key clue to manifesting. It’s not too bad of a way to live life in general terms either – living in a state of love imbues your reality in it.  

Is this where we realize that if we could all vibrate on the love frequency – we could take over the world? Not sure. It wouldn’t do much harm for humanity to test it out, would it? (Don’t do it B! Don’t go down the government and CIA mind control hole. It really would have fit with this paragraph and man did I want to dive.)

Knowing this clue now, as I thought back to the moments when I was in a state of flow, I found that love – whether a love for myself or a love for an experience – was not too far away. And, understanding this better now, I believe I was on the edge of ascending to a new level of mastery and abilities not too long ago – but it was blocked. I have only experienced the early stages of a heart opening – it never fully developed. But when it happened, it warmed my chest from the inside like a mini fire – only in the heart – and the feeling? Pure love. A deep love – a love that doesn’t belong to this earth – it belongs to millions of particles across the galaxy – it belongs to every definition of love that has been expressed since the beginning of man and animal. It feels – beautiful and cozy – and I wish I could unleash it.

I have only experienced a glimpse, but I know now that the power to create in life is stitched together by the love frequency. To clarify – to navigate and exercise your power – you must operate through the love frequency. The ultimate goal of philosophy is truth – but maybe it is the path of enlightenment – and maybe in an effort to find the truth – failed to see the path that would have delivered the truth. A path that requires the frequency of love to achieve – Nirvana.

Why does this resonate on the founder’s journey? Well, think about it. Every day, a founder takes hits, hears no, watches others find success, and struggles to find his or her own. It’s the quickest path to living in a negative vibration – and quickly creating more of the same. You experience a negative conversation, you carry it with you, and that negative energy then welcomes more of the same – like a magnet. If a founder, however, had the ability to recognize this and manage the mind – he or she could create a foundation of positive vibration. So, while a founder is at battle – tapping into the love frequency may just be the missing piece.

According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness. The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don’t bother you anymore. You become lighthearted and full of joy. The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you then experience the miraculous.

This is what I am currently working on achieving (again…) – vibrating with the love frequency. Are you ignited with love? Get to manifesting!
